For the rice:
- 1 cup brown basmati rice
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1 pinch saffron (optional)
Add ingredients in a sauce pan, bring to a boil and simmer until the rice is cooked.
For the green beans:
- 1 cup canned coconut milk
- 3 cups green beans
- 1 tsp garam masala
Add ingredients in a sauce pan and cook on a medium low heat for 20 minutes.
